About Us
Our Mindset
Empathy, Accountability, Responsibility, Support
Regardless, if we are creating a delightful website experience or seeking ways to improve your day-to-day life, stress management, relationships, communication skills, and perspective. We never stop creating as we are all simply creators whom did not create ourselves. John C. Maxwell says, “An unintentional life accepts everything and does nothing. An intentional life embraces only the things that will add to the mission of significance.”
Intentionally having an E.A.R.S mindset helps individuals (and groups) quickly assess to manage stress, perspectives, expectations, challenges, and desired outcomes.
Empathy
Often we are quick to assume. Old sayings like, “Walk a mile in my shoes” and “You can’t really know where you are going until you know where you have been” are rooted in empathy. Intentional empathy allows us to discover a space for grace and patience. In that space we gain context and perspective which are key when clarifying true expectations.
Accountability
Now that expectations has been set. It’s time to define who should be accountable for what, when, where, why, and how. Aim to lead by example.
Responsibility
With expectations being set and met. Let’s continue to be responsible by doubling back and covering tracks.
Support
With pitfalls, gotcha, and gaps filled. We exercise empathy by providing support to others along the journey. We get what we give.
