The Challenge & Solutions
The goal was to align the digital experience with the company’s philosophy: Catch, Correct, and Prevent. We executed this through three targeted initiatives:
- FlexTrap Platform Evolution
- Scope: User Research, Branding Refresh, and New UI/UX.
- Insight: FlexTrap, the company’s AI-enhanced payment accuracy platform, needed an interface that matched its sophisticated backend. We modernized the visual language to help users get closer to “payment perfection” without the cognitive load.
- Design System & Dev Optimization
- Scope: UI Development Optimization and Design System Creation.
- Insight: To move beyond the limitations of traditional development cycles, we built a scalable design system. This streamlined hand-offs to the engineering team, ensuring that feature delivery was as accelerated and accurate as FlexTecs’ recovery services.
- “Inbox Assistance” Feature
- Scope: User Research, UX Design, and Development Optimization.
- Insight: Addressing the chaos of Accounts Payable, this module was designed to catch “unprocessed credits” and communication gaps. We focused on a proactive UX that helps teams “prevent the preventable” rather than just reacting to errors.
